At a general meeting held in Quebec City on November 30, 2025, nearly 80% of members voted to ratify the tentative agreement presented by the union. The meeting was broadcast simultaneously in several cities, including Sherbrooke, Rimouski, and Sept-Îles. Following a 14th bargaining session on November 11, the parties reached a tentative agreement to renew the master collective agreement for building services in the Quebec City region. It should be noted that this collective agreement between the Service Employees Union, Local 800 (SEU 800), and the Corporation des entrepreneurs en entretien ménager de Québec (CEEMQ), which expired on November 1, 2025, applies to members working in housekeeping and building maintenance in all regions covered by the Quebec Decree.
