Those who help keep our living and working spaces clean, safe and healthy. Every day, they maintain essential environments, often behind the scenes. We stand up for their rights, fair wages and dignity, so every shift is recognized for its true value.
Industries
Those who help build Québec every day. Manufacturing, logistics and production workers are at the heart of our economy. We defend their rights, improve working conditions and work to ensure progress never comes at the expense of people’s health and well-being.
Services, Retail, Financial Institutions and Transport
Those who keep our communities moving. In residences, businesses and on the roads across Québec, our members support the daily lives of thousands of people. We defend their rights and working conditions by relying on the collective strength workers build together, including tools like the FTQ Solidarity Fund.
Education support
Those who support student success, every day. In schools and universities, our members assist students, collaborate with teachers, and strengthen communities. We advocate for their recognition, job stability, and respect for the essential role these workers play in Quebec’s future.
Textiles and hospitality
Those who bring craftsmanship and attention to detail to life. Behind every well-made garment, every spotless room and every warm welcome, there are workers making it happen. We defend their rights and working conditions in industries that are constantly evolving.
