The ‘’Autobus du Village Inc.’’ negotiating committee is proud to have reached a new 5-year collective agreement.
At the January 25 general meeting, members voted by a large majority in favour of this agreement in principle.
Highlights of the agreement:
- Salary increase of 11% in the first year of the agreement, and for the following 4 years, the increase will be set at the School Board’s indexation rate for a minimum of 2% and a maximum of 4%;
- Addition of an extra sick day;
- Increase in meal premiums;
- Improved salary payment for charter trips;
