You can vote online in advance until September 30 at 4:45 p.m.
Shareholders recently received their Notice of Meeting, which includes the 13-character control number required to vote online.
You can also vote during the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, October 3 at 2:30 p.m., either in person at the Centre Sheraton Montréal or remotely via webcast.
Four candidates endorsed by the QFL
To maintain strong labour representation on the Board of Directors and ensure that the interests of unionized shareholders are represented, the QFL recommends selecting four candidates among the five choices available on the ballot:
Loïc Breton: President of the Syndicat des employées et employés professionnels-les et de bureau (SEPB-Québec) since 2016 and a member of the Fonds’ Board of Directors since 2020.
Anouk Collet: Senior Advisor to the National President of UFCW Canada and Vice-President of the FTQ. She has served on the Fonds’ Board of Directors since 2013.
Sylvie Nelson: President of the Syndicat québécois des employées et des employés de service, Local 298 (SQEES-298). She has served on the Fonds’ Board of Directors since 2017.
Éric Gingras: President of the Centrale des syndicats du Québec (CSQ) since 2021 and a member of the Fonds’ Board of Directors since 2022.
