Grievance basics

For members who have completed Labour activism and want to deepen their role as a union delegate or executive committee member.

What you’ll learn:

• How to recognize situations that may lead to a grievance
• When and how to file a grievance
• How to write a clear and effective grievance

► Prerequisite:  Labour activism

You’ll be able to act more quickly and confidently when faced with an unfair situation. This course gives you concrete tools to defend your colleagues and ensure the collective agreement is respected.
