A united effort for school success!

Many of you showed incredible generosity during the United for School Excellence campaign, which wrapped up this past August.

Thanks to your support, 25 students received fully stocked backpacks, carefully prepared by our dedicated members from GDI Services Ingrid Florez and Irma Gracia, who went above and beyond to stretch the campaign budget and gather as many supplies as possible.

A heartfelt thank-you to all UES 800 members who filled the donation boxes to the brim! Your solidarity made a real difference, helping these young students start the school year with dignity and confidence.

We also want to highlight the exceptional contribution from the Fonds de solidarité FTQ team, who generously provided a large quantity of school supplies. These donations found a home in the students’ backpacks and undoubtedly, in their hearts as well.

The Femmes en action committee is extremely proud of the results of this campaign and there’s no doubt it will be back next year!
