Dreams take flight thanks to SEU 800 grants

Every year, SEU 800 awards six $1,000 excellence grants to young people from our members’ families. It’s our way of celebrating their achievements and perseverance and of giving a helping hand to those who are building their future with passion and hard work. 

Applications are reviewed by an independent university professor, based on clear and rigorous criteria. Because recognizing merit also means valuing effort, resilience, and commitment. 

Congratulations to the 2024-2025 recipients!

Audrey St-Jean with her mother, Cathy Belleville, a member of the Fonds de solidarité FTQ.

These grants are just one of the many ways SEU 800 supports its members and their families. Being part of a union means more than a work relationship, it means belonging to a network that believes in its people and invests in the next generation!
