Agreement in principle ratified at Hôtel Universel

At a general meeting held on November 7, members working at Hotel Universel Alma voted in favour of the agreement in principle by 87.5%.

With the new collective agreement, the workers achieved significant wage gains, remaining at the top of the list of best-paid workers in the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region.

We obtained:

• increases of 9% in 2024, 3.5% in 2025 and 2026, and 5% in 2027;
• night premium of $3 per hour
• the integration of a QR code to enable the housekeeping staff to receive tips.
