#019: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of my business

The following course is offered in French only.

This course gives the participant the means to estimate the financial situation of the company and to act to protect the jobs. He will be able to analyze the functioning of the company in order to estimate its financial situation, to get acquainted with the financial language, to understand the impact of the collective agreement on the cost of workforce and production, to mobilize the members by establishing a preventive approach in the working environment.
