Renewal of the collective agreement – Compagnie des Cimetières Notre-Dame-du-Cap

The members of the Compagnie des Cimétières Notre-Dame-du-Cap , in a general meeting on March 2nd, ratified the agreement reached by their bargaining committee with the employer.

Several monetary gains were realized, such as wage increases of 2.5% in the first year, 2% in the following three years, and the payment of $ 300 per year in the Solidarity Funds by the employer. It is the same at the normative level for the health and safety conditions at work (glasses, boots, clothing) have been improved, and the employer will reduce the return to outsourcing. Finally, members will also receive a bonus of $ 425 to $ 575 signing.
