We are very pleased to announce that as of June 27, 2016 we have signed the new Collective Agreement. We had hoped that it would have been signed sooner, but due to multiple changes beyond our control it took longer than anticipated.

The new Collective Agreement should be online at the home page of the CPNCA Website in a near future.

All retroactive sums will be paid before September 30th, 2016.  This includes the forfeit amount due April 1st, 2015 to March 31st, 2016 at $0.30 for all the hours that you were paid for. Included in this are payments while you were on Maternity, Paternity, Salary Insurance, CNESST previously known as CSST, IVAC and SAAQ.

Hourly wages and premiums increased 1.5% effective April 1st, 2016 should also be paid retroactively before September 30th, 2016.  Except for the Attraction and Retention premium of Certified Trades Employees, as per Annex XXVII of the collective agreement, which is effective as of June 27th, 2016.

Salary Relativity will take effect April 2nd, 2019, the new rates and steps are also included in the new collective agreement.
