Agreement with McGill University on changes to disciplinary measures

At the December 7 bargaining session, the parties mainly discussed disciplinary measures. They agreed on changes to the convocation process and the impact of certain absences on the lifespan of the disciplinary file.  The parties also discussed streamlining of the grievance procedure. They will continue to discuss this item at the next bargaining session, set for December 14.
